For Technical Olympic Group, the proper training of its employees on health and safety issues is a key element for the efficient operation of the Group but also a primary concern. The protection of health and life is a non-negotiable commitment on behalf of the Group and in that context a series of programmes and activities are implemented.

Each year, the Group organises training seminars that take place at the central offices as well as at the construction sites and which aim at briefing and training the personnel on safety issues. Workplace hazards, their prevention and solution as well as workplace health conditions are the basic requirements that the companies ought to guarantee to their employees. Moreover, the employees are called to implement specific rules that guarantee their personal health and safety as well as that of their colleagues.

At the same time, the group’s U.S. subsidiary company, TOUSA, has applied an employee safety programme, which is supervised by ΟΜΙ Safety Services and complies with the strict legislative framework and state provisions of the region it is located in.
