Quality management
For all of us here at the Technical Olympic Group, quality assurance of our projects and services is a fundamental value and long-standing objective. On the basis of international quality assurance standards, we set our own strict specifications that govern the operation and production processes applied to the Group’s activities.
Our reliability is based on the satisfaction of our customers and in turn that depends on the quality of the services we provide. That is why on a daily basis we try to ensure that our construction projects and services meet the quality standards and level we have set. In all of the Group’s fields of activity, the main concern of the management as well as the employees is to provide top quality services and produce high quality products. In that scope, the necessary investments are made, whenever and wherever necessary to upgrade and update the procedures, equipment, technology and know-how that guarantee product quality or quality of service.
In the context of the Group's quality policy, the industrial and construction sectors have been certified according to Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001:2000 of Bureau Veritas and environmental standard ISO 14000. Moreover, the quality of service in the tourism sector is assured through the Food Health and Safety Management System (HACCP), which is applied in the Porto Carras Grand Resort complex.
The Quality Management plan for the group’s hotels is a basic priority of Technical Olympic. An immediate goal for the Group is also a Quality Management System for the group's hotels, a plan that is at the completion phase.
